Advice not to give up when you dont have a model number. We called out appliance medic on a GE oven that was not heating in the city of Pomona NY that some other service company was there already but was not able to help them because it did not have the model number .But we made some research we were able to get her the igniter and element that she needed for this oven repair and we able to bake or broil
