We had a problem with the temperature in our freezer – Called Appliance Medic – so glad we did! repairman was very knowledgeable, listened to us when we explained what was happening- made an excellent diagnose – installed part – end of problems !! Would highly recommend and have no problems calling again !!!

I live in Nyack ny we had a problem with the viking refrigerator not Colling so the factory and they gave us appliance medic they came on Friday and got it it working its cooling fine and didn’t loose our food

I have used Appliance Medic twice; once for my Maytag washer and once for my refrigerator. i live new city ny Both times my appliances were fixed properly and I have not had any problems since. They scheduled me quickly, gave me a reasonable time frame, and kept in touch to let me know when they were on their way. I recommend them.

Appliance Medic Repair came to my home in new city ny to repair a noisy viking self cleaning oven. Al came the morning that I called for service. He diagnosed the problem, obtained the necessary part and repaired the oven that afternoon. Al was prompt, courteous and did a great job. I have used Appliance medic Repair a couple of times for broken refrigerators. They were fast, reliable and able to repair one of the fridges at a reasonable cost. The other they suggested that I move to a new fridge due to it’s age and what it would take to repair. I appreciated the honesty and will definitely use them again in the future.

I had an emergency with a gas stove burner last Saturday evening around 4 PM. I called several appliance repair companies that would not come out. They told me to pull the stove out and turn the gas off. I couldn’t budge the stove and my husband couldn’t help due to a recent back surgery. Then I called Appliance medic and Steve answered the phone. He said he would be right there. He arrived 30 minutes later, pulled the stove out and turned the gas off. He proceeded to diagnose the problem and order a new part. In the course of the conversation, he told us it was his wife’s birthday. Yet he dropped everything and came to help. You have an amazing employee in Steve ! You also have gained all our future business !

Ohad and James did an outstanding job! They were both so personable, very knowledgeable and honest. We will be recommend them to everyone we know and extremely happy with the service. We found Premium Appliance Repair, just searching the web for a local place and we are soooo glad we found them. We will have Ohad and James come back out in the future!

I contacted Appliance Repair medic because my fridge was leaking and creating a water spot on my floor. Ohad promptly came out and fixed it and even recommended some brands should I decide to replace the fridge within the next few years. After he finished fixing the fridge, I happened to mention that my dryer door would not close and he proceeded to fix that as well! Ohad was super friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable appliance repair guy! :slightly_smiling_face:

I am single man and loves eating out and hates cooking, my dishwasher is rarely in business. I called appliance medic Appliance Service Center arrived promptly, checked my dishwasher and found it to be working! He explained that inexpensive dishwashers like mine (read: cheap) need to be run at least 5 minutes a day to keep the engine oiled and somehow a stuck part had gotten unstuck! He could have “fixed” a part and increased the cost, but all I paid was the very reasonable service call.

I was in such a rush when I first called them to come and fix my refrigerator. It was such a mess, with water everywhere. They reassured me that they would take care of everything, which was such a relief. They were able to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Thank goodness I did not have to sit around and hope that someone would come out. So glad I chose Appliance Repair medic. They were so professional and courteous, which is so difficult to find these days!!!!!

Tom is like having a Nascar pit crew of appliances – expertise, dependability and quality PLUS more. After looking into our many appliance issues (Washer, oven- yes all in the same time frame) – he also gave tips on how to care for it. Wait, it’s not over yet – he also helped us consider cost options – cost of fixing vs. buying new for our oven. Most services just do the job and bill you for it instead of giving you options. I don’t trust just anyone and only go by word of mouth from people I trust. If you are the same, I recommend you give Appliance Repair medic.

Appliance Repair Medic is fantastic! I’m so glad I went with this company to fix my Kenmore dryer that was not heating. Professionalism from the moment I was on the phone with the service rep! Dave is such a kind and helpful lady! Also, Tom was able to come out the same day for the service call and I had no complications or hassles like I’ve had in the past with other shady companies! When we purchased our house in July, the inspector failed to identify that the dishwasher was not draining. I called Appliance medic and the owner/operator Steve was at my house that afternoon. It was a quick job, and he charged us a very reasonable price. Steve also took the opportunity to inspect the set up with our washer and dryer and made some minor adjustments free of charge. Working with Appliance Medic was an absolute pleasure! I was having a problem with my Whirlpool oven and had tried a different company with no results. My oven face plate melted off only 3 months after buying a new LG. Unfortunately, no model number could be found to re-order the part. Finally took the piece to Appliance Medic and within 20 mins he had it identified and part ordered. My husband replaced the new piece on Christmas Eve and it made for a great holiday! i LIVE IN BLAUVELT N. Y. I had my fridge and my Whirlpool washer stop working all in the same week! Appliance Medic is incredible! My wife and I calledthem in desperation to fix our dryer after trying around by fixing my self! Appliance Medic came in, sized up the problem and fixed it. One visit.
